How does a deductible work?

The deductible is an amount pre-determined by you and your insurance carrier, which is stated in you policy. This amount is due when repairs have been completed.  <<back to top

Can you waive my deductible?

NO, the deductible is a contract between you and your insurance.  Not collecting this would be fraud. <<back to top

What if you find additional damage that was not listed in the original estimate?

It is not uncommon to find additional damage once a vehicle has been disassembled.  When an initial estimate is written, it is for damage that can be seen at that time   If additional damage is found that information will be sent to you or to the insurance company, depending on the party that is responsible for payment. <<back to top

What if I need a rental?

We have rental cars on site for your convenience.  You will need to check your insurance policy for the amount of coverage and limits that may apply. <<back to top

Am I required to get more than one estimate?

NO, unless stated in your insurance policy.  You are the owner of the vehicle and only you can choose where your vehicle is repaired. There is no law requiring you to get a pre-set amount of estimates for the repair of your vehicle.  <<back to top

My insurance offers a Lifetime warranty if I use a shop the recommend. Do you have a lifetime warranty?"

We offer a limited lifetime warranty and can show you examples of customers who have asked us to correct repairs after using a shop recommended by their insurance carrier. <<back to top

Will my vehicle be the same after repairs are complete?

YES!  It is our responsibility to restore your vehicle to its pre-loss condition.  We stand behind our workmanship with a written Limited Life Time Warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. <<back to top

Will my vehicle need a suspension alignment?

If your vehicle has direct impact to a wheel, tire, or damaged suspension components an alignment would be required.  If the vehicle has frame or unibody damage one would also be required.  We have a Hunter alignment machine along with a road force balancer operated by an ASE Master Mechanic.  We will provide you with an alignment sheet for your records. <<back to top

My vehicle has frame damage, can it be repaired?

Yes conventional and unibody structures can be repaired or replaced with the proper equipment and trained technicians.  We have the latest in frame equipment and certified staff to restore factory specifications. <<back to top

How do I pay for repairs?

Payment is required in full upon completion of repairs.

If a final bill is being paid by a third party, it is to be paid by cash or cashier's check only.

We accept insurance checks, personal checks, cash, and cashier checks. We accept visa, and mastercard, additional fees may apply on credit card purchases. <<back to top
